Here we go!
This one is the "Very Long, Straight, and Unhealthy." Just look at those split ends! (And that pimple . . . wow) This was the first haircut I'd got in at least two years and also the first time I'd ever got my eyebrows done. Trust me, those suckers really needed to be waxed.
This one is called the "Puberty done right." I actually remember that day because I got my braces off and I loved the way my curls looked that day. XD
I call this one "Shelby's awkward Selfie Phase." My hair is a little bit shorter in this one. This was taken before I got it chopped into a bob. As you can see, I've slowly been cutting my hair shorter and shorter over the years. ;D
This one is called "Yes." Because it is probably my favorite haircut.
I call this one "The bold and the new." I finally got my first pixie! I felt so cool. XD
This one is "Wow, that's short." Oops.
And finally, this is my current haircut. I call it "Regrets." I'm still not sure if I like the blonde yet. What do ya'll think??

And you still manage to look adorable in all of them. xD I'm getting a bob soon then I'll probably get a pixie cut next summer or this winter. My hair has always been long and boy, is it a pain. I can't wait to not have to use an entire handful of conditioner every time I shower. :P

ReplyDeleteWhen I was little, my mom kept my hair in a traditional Asian bowl cut/bob thing XD Then as I got older I began to grow my hair out (I went back and forth with bangs a couple times) until 9th grade when I cut my hair. I had cut a foot off and it ended just above my shoulders and I had gotten bangs again. Looking back, I actually like that hair cut. Then I grew it out again for the next four years and it was hip level (like when you sit down, hip level) and I cut it before going to the Philippines, another foot. And so now I've been growing it out (and my bangs too) so its back down to my hips/butt and my bangs are shoulder length :)
ReplyDeleteI personally love long hair-- I wanted to be Pocahontas and Ariel when I was little XD Oh, and my hair is straight but a little poofy.
And gurl!!! I Love your curls!!!!! You have no idea how much hair spray and curling iron action it takes to get my hair to look like that! :O
And hmmm, I like the blonde, but have you considered like coloring the blonde to like blue or purple or pink? :D I love colored hair!
How you have long hair!! That's awesome, and it sounds so pretty. <3 Aww thank you! I miss those curls! I'm trying to grow my hair out now. I wish I was cool enough to go with a crazy color. But, I'm too dorky and silly to pull off a cool hair color. XD Have you ever colored your hair something crazy? I think blue would be the color I'd do if I was ever brave enough.
